Empties // September

Hello my lovelies,
The long month of September has passed us and we are now in the autumnal month of October. That means it's time for my monthly empties post! I would just like to take this moment to apologies for my lack of blogging last month, I was very busy with settling into 6th form and what not but we're here now and that's all that matters. So without further a do lets take a look of what I have used up this month/last month.
Hair
Haven't really used up many hair products this month, mainly because everything I seem to own just lasts a life time. I am not complaining however because this saves me a heck of a lot of money. Firstly we have The Body Shop Banana Shampoo, this was recommended to me and I have since became a massive fan, when I use this I feel like my hair has really been deeply cleaned. I would defiantly repurchase this in the near future but for the time being I have brought a different shampoo so I can try something different. I have also finished off a travel size of the Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo similarly I loved this, really cleaned the hair and worth the price. The final thing is the conditioner I get with my hair dye, nothing much to say other than this is the best smelling thing. Ever. That is all.
Body/Skincare
A few things in this section that I have really loved and one I have a strong dislike towards. Lets start with the negative and move to the positive. So first of all we have the B.Pure Micellar Water, I expected great things from this but was just disappointed; Okay it did remove my make-up fairly well but it stung like a bitch around my eye area and required a lot of scrubbing to get the bulk off. Not good. Next we have the Clean and Clear Deep Action Cream Wash, just your standard face wash, nothing too impssive just cleaned my skin on a day to day basis and did the job. Next is a strange on but hey why not, I finished The Body Shop Cranberry Joy Shower Gel, this smelt divine, lathered well and was just a nice shower gel to use. Would definatly recommend and Body Shop shower gels! Finally we have the Caudalie Beauty Elixir, this was one of those products that I enjoyed using but had not clue on what it actually did, so I'm glad I got this free in my Selfridges Summer Box, oh well I enjoyed it while it last.
Makeup
Final section guys, we can do this! As you can see there is a heck of a lot of primers, concealers and foundations. I'm not going to lie to you I didn't finish all of these in September, it was just in this month that I decided to part with them. So in the primer section we have the MUA Primer, Stila One Step Corrector and the MUA Pro-Base Eye Primer. None of these products really stood out to me as being the best thing ever, they were all 'nice' but just didn't make me die at the fact I would have to live without them. Maybe its down to me and my weird dry skin. For concealer, we have two, the Rimmel Wake Me Up and the Collection Illuminating Touch. Both of these were really good highlighting concealers that not only covered well but also made the darkness under my eyes look majorly reduced. Lastly we have two foundations the No.7 Stay Perfect and the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation. Loved the Bourjois, and didn't really take to the No.7, just didn't do anything wonderful for my skin.
Congratulations. You made it to the end. I promise the next post will a bit more bite size! Did you make any great discoveries last month? Let me know!

empties // April/May

Hey guys, So this is my long over-due empties post from this month and last! As you can see a fair few things have been culminated. I feel like it is a good moment when I finish something because it means I get to try a new product without being wasteful. Win, win situation. So without further ado here we gooooooo
Hair care
First of all we have the VO5 Revive Me Daily Shampoo, I really enjoyed using this shampoo it made my hair feel clean and healthy which for me is all I really look for at it served it's purpose. I probably will re-purchase at some point but to be honest I just buy whats on offer at the moment. To accompany the shampoo we have the VO5 Give Me Moisture Conditioner, again this was a ice conditioner and it left my hair feel smooth and shinny without looking greasy so thumbs up for that. The last thing is the conditioner that came with my Garnier Nutrisse hair dye. Love the smell of this!
Body
First of all we a pot from Lush, the 'Creme Anglaise, Hand and Body Lotion'. I didn't really take to the smell of this just wasn't a fave of mine. But if I remember correctly it was pretty moisturizing so bonus points there. I didn't really enjoy it but it can go towards my 5 pots so not a total loss. Next we have a shower scrub from a Gok gift set I got at Christmas. It was nice just one of those products you used up for the sake of using. Next we have the Soap and Glory Clean On Me Shower Gel. Nice classic soap and glory scent, left me feeling clean and refreshed. I like to change the smell of my shower gel quite often, but I will probably buy this again in the near future. Lastly there is The Body Shop Sweet Lemon Body Scrub, I love love love this smell. Let me re-phrase that. Anything from the body shop. I loved used this, quite coarse, scrub and would recommend it to all.
Face
As you can see we have three Lush pots, we have two face masks 'Love lettuce' and 'Catastrophe Cosmetic'. Both of which we're nice, I personally didn't see any major skin benefits but they didn't make my skin any worse so I can't complain. The other pot is the 'Ocean Salt' which is a facial scrub. I loved this, it was really tough and cleaned all the grime out of my skin. Nice. But seriously cleaned up my skin and gave a nice refreshing smell. The last two bits are make-up. One is the 24-hours Extreme Felt-Tip Liner by Collection and the other is a lipstick from the Natural Collection. Technically this lippy isn't finished but it's snapped beyond repair! Oh well. The liner was ace and I brought another, such a good price and lasts all day!

I hope you enjoyed looking at my empties, that may be a little late. What products have you used up? Have you tried any of these products? Let us know!

empties // Last year and 1/6th of this year

Hey guys, as you can see I have been hording a heck of a lot of empties seriously the box I have been keeping them in is overloading and well it's about time it got emptied. I have so much to talk about so i'm just going to get straight into it.
Body
So first of all we have Gorgeous by Gok Wan Body Wash, this is one of those alright products that's nice to use and smells okay but nothing too amazing or to go singing about. I got this a Christmas gift and it was nice to try but I don't think i'll be re-purchasing. Next we have The Daily Smooth Body Butter by Soap and Glory. It was odd to try a body butter out of a tube instead of a tub but it was a nice change. I liked this product it was moisturizing as well as smelling really great. But I don't think i'll buy any more at the moment as I have tons of body butter to get through! Also from Soap and Glory is The Scrub Of Your Life (x2). I really like this scrub and every time I get a little version of it I think why don't I just go and get the full size!  I really enjoy using this and will probably buy another! From the Body Shop I have got a full size Strawberry Shower Gel and a mini Mango Shower Gel. I loved the strawberry one it smelt amazing and really fruit but the mango one I didn't really get on with it smelt a bit too chemically which was weird. I probably what re-purchase because I have quite a few shower gels on the go! Finally I finished a 250ml bottle of Lush Snow Fairy. I did a review on it a while back in November, here, and I'm just in love with it! I have a 100ml bottle waiting to be used, it really upsets me that you can only get this around Christmas!

Face
So first of all I finished the Rimmel Scandal Eyes Mascara. I really like this mascara I found it did a great job of making my lashes look longer and have more volume, but if too heavily applied it could be a little clumpy but that's my fault not theirs! I won't re-buy but that's only because I love trying new mascara's instead of just sticking to one! I also finished a Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation. This was a great foundation for me in the summer when I was a little more tan and I found it stayed quite matte throughout the day which was impressive. But I had to say bye bye to it because as winter dawned I became all pale again and this no longer fitted my skin colour. I finished three sample moisturizers from Elizabeth Arden, Balance Me and Avenue. I really liked using all of this my favourite being the most expensive in Elizabeth Arden. I have plenty of moisturizers on the go so i'm not in need of a new buy but I would recommend all of them! I've also included just a few Montagne Jennesse Face Mask which I finished over the last few months. I love these mask and did a post on them here  I think they are great value for money and they really do make your skin feel amazing. Great for paper evenings! I also finished my make up wipes. Nothing to exciting to be said I just get whatever wipes are the cheapest at the time because I get through them ridiculously quick! In the corner there you can see I have finished a cute little sample from BareMinerals. Re-purchase? Well yes! I got there foundation kit for Christmas and shall be putting a post up soon about it.

Hair
Only four little mini's in this category  Thank god after all that writing above #dedication. So first of all we have the Dove Colour Radiance Conditioner. This is the conditioner that got me back into conditioning my hair. I stopped conditioning my hair thinking that I didn't need to but when I started again I realized the difference it made and I was hooked again! I didn't buy this one I got a V05 one but kudos to this! Next are two shampoo's The Body Shop Rainforest Moisture and Mark Hill Sexy Straight. I hated the Body Shop one, sorry but the smell was just plain awful I was glad to finish the bottle. However the Mark Hill one was actually really nice and it did give my hair a subtle shine which I liked. The only thing I really don't like is that fact it's called 'Sexy Straight' I have a thing with that word along with 'Bird' stupid words. But anyways overall it was a nice product to try. Last but not least is the Osmo Berber Oil. This was unbelievably good. I found love with this, it nourished my hair, gave it a glossy shine and made it smell amazing! I will be buying this again when I have a bit more money! What a positive note to end on!
Kudos to you if you read all of that. I know there was a lot. I promise that I will become more consistent with updating my empties because no one needs a post this big in their lives ;). I hope you enjoyed this and we're interested in seeing what I've used up? IDK okay. Have you finished any products that you really love? Or maybe really hate? Let us know!

September Empties!

So it's the start of a new month and I injure my hand. That's right I sprained my wrist by playing 'pinch punch' with my friend. But also what happens at the beginning of a new month is I chuck out all of my empties and tell you guys all about what I liked and what I didn't!
So firstly we my Hollister Mabla Beach perfume spray which smells beaut me and my friends all have this. I repurchased this pretty much straight away and I have no regrets it's just a lush floral scent for everyday!Secondly we have my Harajuku Lovers  in Sunshine Cuties-G. This is a really nice coconut beach smelling perfume that does last forever! I didn't repurchase this on the basis I want to change perfume and spice things up so I brought DKNY Be Delicious instead. Finally we have some small perfume samples that I got out of my Glossybox's I really didn't get on with most of these due to them smelling of old women. I'm 15 for God sake!
On the far left we have MarkHill Sexy Straight shampoo. This is an alright shampoo it wasn't terribly awful but at the same time it was nothing to amazing to make we want to go out and buy the full size, therefore I didn't re-buy. In the middle is V05's Ultimate Hold hairspray. This hair is NOT ultimate hold it is awful my hair barley stayed in for the time it took to walk down a flight of stairs! Will never ever buy again! Finally we have Clynol Color&Care Shampoo again a sample out of my Glossybox and I did really like this I don't have colored hair but this shampoo made my hair lovely and soft; The only reason I haven't brought it again is it a little pricey.
In my make-up/nails section we have some samplers of Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream, I have come to the conclusion that after trying many BB creams that they are not for me at all due to have combination skin. Next we have the BarryM Topcoat, this is my favorite clear nail varnish due to the price and the quality you get for you money, again I re-purchased this straight away! Lastly we have BM beauty Bronzer; to start of with I didn't not use this as a bronzer due to how shiny it is, lets just say I don't like to sparkle. I won't be buying this due to it being super messy and not really my cup of tea

Finally we have Sasy n Savy Hand and Nail Repair Creme. This little tube of creme did smell a like old woman a bit but it was a really nice hand creme that my hand un-believable soft which was very nice. I haven't re-brought it because I don't really use hand cremes not quite at that age yet ;D. Last but by no means least is The Body Shop Sweet Lemon Body Butter. Which to no surprise smells really strongly of lemons it is so lovely and leaves you body silky soft. I have re-brought this but now I really want the strawberry one! I am banned form buying body butter atm due to having 6 huge tubes of the stuff!

So that's it for my empties this month there isn't many but hey! It just takes me a while to get through stuff which is fine and hopefully next month i'll have a few more things to show you all. So what have you used up this month? Have you found any new favorites this month? Comment let me know! Till next time bye!
