review // So White

Hey guys, so the other day I used my other bath bomb that I picked up in Lush what feels like ages ago. What I am modeling above is the So White bath bomb and you can't really see but compared to other bath bombs this thing is an absolute beast of a bomb, I probably could of got 2 uses out of it but I just threw the whole thing in and this is what happened ...

As you can see this is no where near as exciting as the Party Popper that I reviewed a week ago but it still was lovely. At first the bomb just fizzled away to create a white, soapy layer that smelt divine like apples and Christmas. After a while (and a hand from Alisha) the core was revealed to be a beautiful pink that you realy can not see in the pictures. The water didn't turn bright pink like before instead it just left a twinge on the water. When I finally got out I realized that all of the bath had dissolved which was nice because I noticed that it had worn off on me so I now smelt exactly like the bath. I was in heaven. Have you tried any of the Lush Christmas range or just anything from Lush? How did you find it? Let us know!

haul // Last minuet haul form Boots and Superdrug

Hey guys, so I had a little pre-Christmas haul but for some reason that I can not justify I'm only just putting it up but hey ho that's me all over. Anyways on 22nd December I popped out into good 'old Leam to pick up some last minuet bits before I went to a party (I had more fun doing my make-up than the actually party. lol not fun.) Anyways I wanted to have a little mooch and I managed to pick up a few bits so lets have a little look and see what I got!
So the first thing I picked up is hidden in the background of this photo and it is one of the most expensive things I picked up. Anyways its the L'Oreal Super Liner Gel Intense. Basically a black gel liner, I really wanted to get one of these since I first saw them and finally managed to pick one up. It is amazing to apply and sits really well. The pot looks really small but a little defiantly goes a long way. The next thing I picked up  was the L'Oreal Color Riche Intense Lipstick (I'm not sure of the name) in the shade Burning Rose 286. This a red lipstick with pink undertones and a hint of shimmer. It's absolutely lush and I wish I had more excuses to wear this color! Another thing I picked up from Superdrug (the rest was/is from Boots) was the Collection Bedazzle Nail Polish in Tea at Glitz. This is a gold glitter polish with little black sparkly bits in too! It looks amazing over Nails Inc Motcomb Street.

The final thing I brought was the L'Oreal True Match Powder in the shade C1 ( I think the lightest they do?) . It's a lovely press powder that works with my No7 foundation amazingly and leaves my face with a nice matte look, preventing me from looking oily. Like it says on the tin it is a true match and I have finally found a powder that matches my skin! See that black box lurking in the background, that's the FREE gift I got for spending over £15/£16 on L'Oreal products! Eeek it's so lovely but I shall be mentioning it in another post so until then i'm to mention no more of it ;). So that's the end of my haul, have you brought anything from said stores recently? If so let us know!

review // Party Popper Bath Bomb

Hey guys,
I hope you all had a lovely festive season and got a tonn of lush things; I certainly did and i'm so thankful! I've got a few post coming up about some individual things that I got that I wanna talk about but at the rate i'm going they won't be up till the new year! Anyways back to the main point of today's post, I brought the Lush Party Popper Bath Bomb unknowing what was to come or what to expect well my friends this is what happened...

It fizzled and fizzled until all it left was a pinky goodness filled with soapy flakes! It smelt absolutely amazing and that's coming from me having a poor smell. The pinkness lasted the whole baths and the soap flakes were actually really nice washing with! Another brilliant thing was that when I got out I felt lovely and smooth and the smell lasted forever. When it first started to fizzle it was crazy literally a party popper, it was one of the most entertaining bath bombs I've ever tried and I would recommend it to anyone who likes a fun bath! At £2.95 I it is definitely worth it! Have you tried the 'Party Popper'? What are your thoughts? Let us know!

haul // LUSH

Hey guys! This shop is my absolute weakness I just want to buy everything especially the cute little Christmas gift set. Aw so cute ;). But because it so near to the festive season I had to restrict myself to a few little things but me and my friends so wanted to buy these color things that you can put on your eyes, lips, cheeks and even you're hair! They would have set us back £14.95 each. Ouch. Anyways on to what I actually brought!
First of all I pick us this little white ball of goodness. It's called So White and cost £3.20. It has thee strongest appley scent ever and that is coming from me that can't smell a thing. Damn chemistry ruining my smell! Anyways I can defiantly smell this as its all I have been able to smell in my room. Apparently you're meant to throw against the side of the bath and its meant to reveal a colorful center! I'm so excited to use this and i'm planing on using it as a Christmas Eve treat!
The next thing I brought I have been lusting over for months and months but always thought maybe it's a tad pricey but I finally gave in and i'm so glad I did! I got the Bubblegum Lip Scrub for £5.25. It smells so good as well as tasting amazing I could eat this all day, though I not advise that. This scrub is brilliant at removing all the nasty dry skin off of your lips leaving them nice and smooth. I normally apply my EOS afterwards just to keep that softness for longer! Lots of people say that you can just make you're own but they don''t last that long and taste no where near as good as this, everyone should have a little pot of the goodness!
My final purchase form LUSH was this colorful looking figure. It's the Party Popper bath bomb costing £2.95. I used this the other night so that review should be up in the next few days so I don't want to go into so much detail but this had to be one the most exciting bath bombs ever! It does what it says on the tin it's an absolute party popper. It blasts all over your bath revealing beautiful pinks and blues as well as some 'Soap Confetti'. You can use these little fragments to bath with and it's just heaven! But more of that is too come!

Have you brought anything recently from LUSH? If so what and has it got you into the festive season? Let us know!

review // Montange Jennesse

Hey guys,
I have a new obsession in my life. Yep it's these little bad boys, costing roughly £1-£1.50 these packets of happiness are a small luxury that I chose to indulge in once-twice week. Never heard of them, well my friend you have been living in a dark cave! These famous mask by montange jennesse are best known for there cheap prices and brilliant results. With a wide range of smells and problem-solving treatments to choose from I guess you could say there is one for everyone! My personal favorites tend to be the more fruity of the sort that claim to moisturize and leave my skin feeling tight and clean. The brilliant thing as well is that you can get about two uses per packet meaning each face mask only really costs 50p which is a bargain for the after affects of them! Mum absolutely loves the self heating ones at first, she said, it was a really weird sensation but after that it felt amazing and she just wanted to constantly use them! So I guess that's a thumbs up from the both of us! Do you use these masks? Or do you recommend any others? Lets us know!

update // whats been going on and coming up?

Hey guys,
So today's post will be a little different I just thought i'd give you an update on whats going on and what's coming up so that's all exciting. If you don't like lists then stop reading because here comes a list!

  • So first of all I'll start with that boring news, my January exam season is coming up so that means posts might not be uploaded often or in big blocks. I am very sorry but it is a very busy time for me so i'll try my very best! Promise!
  • Secondly I've picked my A-Level options I'm getting so old so fast :'). Anyways I'm taking Biology, Chemistry, Physics and History. Bets on how many people are sat there like 'what the hell are you doing with you're life'. Well they are my 4 favorite subjects and i'm super excited to study them in more depth! Also I think they're a good choice of subjects for what I want to study at uni (you can guess) so yeah exciting!
  • Thirdly, I'm planing after Christmas to do 7 days of what I got people (obviously better named). All the way up to New Year and then on New Year do what I got. Would you guys be interested? because I don't want to post Christmas presents before Christmas.
  • Fourthly, hopefully after Christmas i'll have Instagram so I would like to photo of the week or my month in photos which would be nice.
  • Fifthly, I hope to get some more reviews up after exam season I hope to go a bit of haul of stuff because who doesn't love the January sales! So I want to try and get more posts coming! I'll finish school and exams 'officially' mid-June so hopefully after then I can get lots and lots of stuff up for you guys!
After all that serious writing I'm gonna post a song that i'm loving at the moment because well it's will.i.am and Britney bitch! Enjoy and I hope you guys don't mind these sorts of posts I just wanna keep you'll in the loop! Love you!

review //No7 Match Foundation

Hey guys,
So its happened. I have jumped on the famous band wagon. I went into Boots and got my foundation matched using their matching service! The woman was really lovely and they matched me to Calico, which so happens to be the lightest color you can get ( secretly i'm a ghost). I got the medium coverage Stay Perfect which gives me a flawless look without changing the color of my skin to orange. It claims that it lasts all day and it does to an extent. I put it on at roughly 7am and by the time I get home at 5pm its not as 'perfect' as it was in the morning but it does have more longevity than most foundations! I'm currently not using a primer so that also could play a part but overall so far I'm pleased with this foundation. It matches my skin tone well and to an extent it lasts all day so thumbs up No7 me and my mum love you! Have you tried the service yet? How have you found it? Let us know!

haul // Topshop, Newlook and Boots

Hey guys,
Last weekend I went Christmas present shopping! See I would love to show what I got for other people but If any of them went onto my blog then they would see what they had got and we couldn't have that now ;) So these are just a few bits and pieces I picked up for myself because I had a voucher or needs must. So first of all I went to good 'old Topshop and picked up some jewelry with a voucher I got for my birthday. I picked up a double ring thing that was in the sale and a earring cuff that I was just in love with. I then tottered into boots and had my foundation matched it was so cool I shall be doing a post about that later; I also picked a few secret bits up as well so ;). Every time I go into town I feel compelled to go into House Of Fraser and look at all the benefit make-up, I was looking through my bag when I found a voucher from InStyle entitling me too a free BadGirl Lash mascara. Luckily I got one and I was off on my merry way! Finally I popped into Newlook and picked up a hair doughnut and a ring-bracelet. I know it's near christmas but the foundation was an early Christmas present from mother and the topshop stuff was all voucher and I promise I did some Christmas shopping! What are your recent buys? Let us know! (Sorry for the darkish picture it gets so dark so quick these days!)

review // Lush Snow Fairy

Hey guys, so today I shall be reviewing the lovely snow fairy from Lush. I brought the 250g product for about £6.25 which for me is a little on the more expensive side but hey ho it's Lush your pretty much guaranteed quality! So this is my first year of buying snow fairy and lets just say I now get the hype. It smells well 'lush', it has a strong essence of candy floss and sweets and all things pink. At least that explains the bright pink color of the product. It is intended to be a shower gel but currently I am using it as a shampoo and I shall never look back! It leaves my hair smelling beautiful like Candy Floss and silky smooth with no dry scalp. I think to sum this up it is defiantly worth the money you pay and I feel everyone in the world should have a bottle of this in their home!

Glasses.

Hey guys!
So my post today is about something I have to wear pretty much every day and so do many other people. Some people hate wearing them and some people like me love wearing them! They are my glasses!
cue terrible picture. I find these days a lot of people have glasses similar to mine they seem to be a huge craze at the moment. On some occasions I've had people come up to me and ask if there real and i'm just like 'urm of course they are I need them to see silly!' Mine are from specsavers by ROXY and are black with red on the inside. I know this isn't totally beauty related but they are something I do wear on my face everyday and I couldn't live without them! Love you glasses ;). Do any of you wear glasses? If so what sorts of styles go you go for? Let me know!

'Pink Friday Roman Reloaded is just like Pink Friday on steroids.'

'Pink Friday Roman Reloaded is just like Pink Friday on steroids.' - Nicki Minaj

Hey guys,
so that quote above is from the lovely Nicki Minaj about her latest tour which I had the privilege to attend last Saturday (27th October) at the LG Arena. To be perfectly honest that quote totally summed it up, she was absolutely amazing! The concert started with a video clip with the must of 'I am your leader' and then the curtain dropped and there was Nicki in a bright pink rocket singing 'Come on a cone'. Her set list was huge and consisted of 5 different sets all of which were bright, amazing and pink! Her singing was just perfection and I don't think I've ever seen a better perform in my life! She constantly interacted with the crowd and really got it all going. Her support acts were Misha B and Tyga, Misha was like so-so not really her biggest fan... at all but Tyga was just on another level. He was flawless and when him and Lil Wayne came out to do the last bit of the set with her I have to admit I was in tears. When she performed her big hits like 'Superbass', 'Starships' and 'Pound the alarm' the place was on fire literally everyone was signing and dancing. We had standing tickets and I'm so glad we got standing because the atmosphere was amazing and we managed to get super close considering we went in with only half an hour to spare. This had to be one of the best concert I have ever ever been too and I would say to everyone thinking about going to go NOW! I'm going to put some photo's below so sorry if you don't like picture heavy posts! Have you been to any concerts recently? Were you there? Let me know!

ps. did I mention that I have a girl crush on Nicki? oh and if you don't have a girl/guy crush your lying to yourself!

review:Elf Studio Blush And Bronzer Duo

Recently I was very luck in wining a lovely bronzer and blush duo from http://elfukblog.blogspot.co.uk/ I so happy to receive it and when it came it was all I talked about. Now its arrived what do I think of it?
Well I LOVE it I've been meaning to try out elf products for ages and I think most people got sick of it. The blusher is a lovely pink shade which is super pigmented meaning that you can really vary it from a light coverage right up to a high coverage. The same goes for the bronzer as well I feel I may not use the bronzer as much as the blusher just purely because of how pale I am but both are really lovely. I'm so happy to have found a new blusher/bronzer to try out and if I decide to re-purchase it will defiantly be in range! Thank you so much to http://elfukblog.blogspot.co.uk/ and please everyone go follow their blog now! Have you guys won any competitions recently? if so what? tell me all about it by commenting below!

As promised but maybe a little later that expected I have a very different post today for y'all last weekend I got to go to the ... TEEN AWARDS in London! I went down with me and 5 friends and we sat in two threes confusing right just to make it worse another 4 of my friends went and then my other friend went with her swifties. To put it bluntly a lot of my friends went down. It was an amazing day where I got to see people like; fun., Little Mix, Ne-Yo, Conor Maynard, Taylor Swift and last but not least One Direction. Along with these lovely acts there were many other celebrities there and in general it was an amazing day.
