A haul from boots more recently // Haul

Hello,
I realise the title suggests this haul is recent, for a normal person yes it is, however the fact I'm a massive shopaholic means there is a massive haul to come that well is going to take some time to prepare. But today is focused on this  boot's haul where I did go a little cray and felt the need to buy a lot of stuff that was on the never ending lust list from the drugstore. I just went with the motto, want it buy it. Never a good one trust me on that after feeling my much lighter purse. Yolo, ouch the worst phrase ever but sometimes too true.
L'Oreal is just the devil for me because it's defiaitly my one true love and want it all however it ceratinly is at the higher end of the drugstore and is a bit more splurge. Yolo. So the first thing I picked up is this bronzer/highlighter that can be used as a contour or just to warm up the face lightly. I also picked up two hyped up products the first being the l'extraordinaire liquid lipsticks,  I picked up the shade rouge soprano, a cute red. I also picked up one of the mono eyed shadows that everyone has been going crazy for however I am struggling to see why maybe I just picked up a duff colour.
Next is two essie polishes. I adore the formula, brush and colour selection of essie polishes trust me if I could own the whole stand I think I would. I always seem to buy nail polish even though I honestly do not need anymore! But these two colours I just couldn't say no, on the left is Splash of grenadine and on the right is Cute as a button. Both of which are beautiful and are perfect for the summer season I can really see why splash of grenadine is a cult favourite so so good.
Oh collection always such a gem in boots, I have brought so many lasting perfection concealer it's shameful however it is so worth the money provides such a high coverage and well it's a must for anyone. The only thing I will say is it can be slightly drying so make sure you put on a good moisturiser underneath. Secondly is another repurchase my favourite felt tip eyeliner, gives such an intense black eyeliner and is so easy to apply if you are new to the whole eyeliner scene a strong recommend from me. It's also dirt cheap!
I'm not quite sure why everything is in duo's in this post but hey ho. So another two products that have received some very loving reviews and have been strongly recommended. First is the Revlon highlighting palette in rose glow, looks a bit like a Bobbi Brown shimmer brick right? I do love this and have found it to work either just as a conventional highlight or can work all over to provided a natural glow. I also made a cheeky purchase from Soap and Glory and I can say I am in love, I can not get enough of this eyebrow pencil/felt tip. It gives such a natural look but can be built up to give such a strong brow game, all I can say is just go and buy one.
Finally is a fab product from Bourjois, these rouge edition velvet's are something created by the heavens. They stay on all day, they are matte, they don't dry your lips out and come in such good shades (since I have also purchased hot pepper). The two above are Frambourjois and Peach club, I have included swatches to prove that they are indeed different colours and look different on, please trust me!
Wow some money was spent and I'm still not satisfied, there is still more I feel I need. This is bad very bad however it makes me happy so I suppose it can be acceptable. What have you been buying from the drugstore recently?

Nails// Summer Nail Picks

Hey guys, so today I'm going to be showing you my top 10 nail picks for the summer. I know the summer is sadly coming to a close but I still really wanted to do this post so I am and I hope y'all still enjoy it! I believe there is nothing better than having lovely painted nails in all different colours. Maybe that explains my ever growing nail polish collection but because I love you all so much I have narrowed it down to my 10 most worn colours over this summer. So enjoy!
 1,2,3,4
On the far left we have the 'summer in a bottle' nail polish, it's the Barry M Hi-Shine Nail Paint in Passion Fruit. The photo doesn't do it that much justice it's a lovely redy pink and will brighten up your nails and outfit immediately. Next along is Nails Inc for InStyle in You're A Peach. This colour, I find, looks best when you have that Miami bronzed tan ie perfect for this hot hot weather! My next favourite is Models Own in Bubblegum. This Neon pink sums up summer and I love the formula it last forever, even when worn for swimming while on holiday or at friends pool parties. This colour is really true to what you see in the bottle and is a definite must! Finally, for this bunch, we have OPI Red Lights Ahead ... Where? All I can say is love love love. This colour has been on my nails so many times because its just classic. It's a red but with a little more umph!

 5,6,7,8,9
Okay, so first of we have Rimmel Lasting Finish in Marshmallow Heaven. This is a warm lilac, basically it's a slightly more purple lilac and I love it. I have this currently on my toes and I plan for it to stay there for a while longer. Enough said. Next is another Barry M Hi-Shine Nail Paint in the shade Guava. I have included enough because the colours and formula is just so amazing and are perfect for the summer season. In the middle is an & Other Stories Nail Polish in the shade Pique Blue. This is a lovely baby blue that will just suite every skin tone and look great all year round. This has to be the most hyped up nail polish, but I can see why. I couldn't create my favourite summer nail polishes without including Essie's Bikini So Teeny. Love, love, love this blue honestly a cult classic and if this isn't in your collection then you must be living in a cave. Finally in the section we have another Rimmel Nail Polish in the shade Round and Round the Garden. I don't own too many greens but this is one I truely adore its like a vintage green that you'd find in a shabby chic shop and it's just a lovely colour to have during the summer days

My final pick had to be a glitter. What girl doesn't have some for of glitter polish in her collection! I have chosen Barry M in the shade Yellow Topaz Glitter. I am a huge fan of a gold glitter and this one jsut really does it for me, I love just putting this over any colour to jazz it up a bit!
Well I hope you enjoyed that and that maybe you found a new nail colour to try out. What have been your 2013 nail picks? Let me know!

NOTD // Essie Bikini So Teeny

Hey Guys,
Today I'm doing my first ever NOTD this is very exciting and i'm glad my first was this polish because I finally understand the hype around this product. The color on my nails is Essie Bikini So Teeny. It is a summery blue with a glossy finish, inside the bottle it looks like it may be slightly glittery but when it is applied  this tinge no longer appears. The formula is lovely a thick, which means it only takes about 2 coats to give you a fully opaque color. I didn't put a top coat on because there was no need, you're left with a glossy finish and the polish doesn't chip never easily. Overall i'm so glad I picked up this nail polish and I now just want to buy the whole collection of Essie polishes. I picked this color up from Fragrance Direct where they have the sort of 'last season' you could say Essie polishes for only a mear £1.99 I defiantly will be buying a stack load more! Do you own an Essie collection? Whats your favorite color? Let us know!
